Who else enjoyed walking into the Dinner and Dance last week listening to @rock_choir ?

They were amazing! Thank you again for getting everyone ready for an evening of entertainment 🎶

Getting involved with a group doing something you love, either performing arts or sports, can improve your mental health. It can give you a purpose and help prevent your mind going into overdrive.

The Grace Dear Trust Dinner & Dance 2019 💃

Starting last year in a small Italian restaurant in Surrey to last week, having nearly 200 people supporting us. Our annual Dinner and Dance is our opportunity to share with you all the great work we are doing in partnership with our local schools.

We won’t stop until our young people are getting the support they so desperately need!

Thank you just isn’t enough! We are overwhelmed with the support and generosity of everyone who joined us last Friday and made the night one to remember 💜

Mondays can make everyone feel blue.

Just remember today is a new day, November is a new month and Mondays are the start of a new week!

Go out today and set yourself a measurable goal. Sometimes, when we feel we have completed something then it can give us a new burst of energy 🔋

What are your goals this week?

Hope delivered sessions for us last night at our partnering school @tolworthgirlsschool

We hope everyone who came found the evening useful.

This is just the beginning!
