Want to get involved?

There are so many ways that you can help us to spread the word about the importance of positive mental health. From fundraising by running a marathon in our name, to regular donations, anything and everything helps us to raise awareness and provide young people with the mechanisms to help them understand their feelings and know that they’re not alone.

So whether you an individual, a group of friends or an organisation that wants to support us, we’d love to hear from you so get in touch! info@thegracedeartrust.co.uk

Men’s mental health 💜

The terminology we use in today’s society when a man shows his emotions, needs to change!

Throw away with terms like; man up, men don’t cry only girls do, why can’t you be more manly?

If we don’t start correcting these terms, the younger generation may be even more at risk to higher male suicide rates.

We need to change the way we communicate, and know that it’s ok to show our emotions 💜

When you look in the mirror, what do you see?

Sometimes our eyes and our mind plays tricks on us and we can’t see our inner beauty 💜

When this happens we just need to change our glasses and we can see things from a different view 👀
